This policy explains how Inkorly handles setup timelines, rush setup, refunds, and subscription cancellation.
Regular Inkorly website setup is typically completed within 2–3 weeks after we receive the content, direction, and feedback needed to build your site.
This timeline is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, delayed content, delayed feedback, technical issues, workload, or other factors outside our control.
Rush setup may be available for an additional fee when scheduling allows.
Rush setup means your project receives priority scheduling and is typically completed within 7 days after we receive the needed content, direction, and access.
Rush setup may not be available at all times. If rush setup is unavailable, you may choose regular setup instead.
If we accept a rush setup project and are unable to meet the rush timeline due primarily to delays on our side, we may refund or credit the rush portion of the setup fee. The regular setup fee and subscription charges may still apply.
Rush timelines may be extended if content, feedback, approvals, access, or required materials are delayed by the customer.
The setup fee covers onboarding, planning, design, website buildout, configuration, review, and launch preparation.
Because setup work begins shortly after purchase, setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
If you purchase setup and cancel before work begins, contact us as soon as possible. We may issue a full or partial refund depending on whether any work, planning, software setup, account setup, communication, or administrative preparation has already occurred.
The monthly subscription covers ongoing access to the Inkorly website system, hosting-related support, dashboard tools, maintenance, updates, and support included with your plan.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation process provided by Inkorly or through the billing portal when available.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required by law or agreed in writing.
If annual billing is available, it may be offered as a convenience at the same monthly rate billed once per year, unless a different offer is shown at checkout.

If you cancel during an annual billing period, your service may remain active until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Project timelines depend on timely customer participation. Delays in providing content, images, book details, website direction, account access, domain access, feedback, or approvals may delay setup or launch.
Inkorly is not responsible for missed timelines caused by customer delays or missing materials.
Inkorly includes a reasonable review and revision process before launch. Revision requests must fit within the scope of the purchased service.
Major design changes, new features, new pages, custom functionality, complex integrations, or requests outside the standard setup may require additional fees or a separate quote.
If you cancel after your site is launched, your access to the Inkorly dashboard, hosting-related support, updates, licenses, and platform features may end.
Because Inkorly websites may rely on Inkorly’s systems, tools, licenses, plugins, dashboard, hosting setup, and maintenance, continued use of the full website system may require an active subscription.

Rush projects are typically completed within approximately 1 week after we receive the content and information needed to begin. Availability is limited, and the exact timeline may depend on the scope of your website and how quickly we receive your feedback.
Standard website setup is typically completed within 2–3 weeks.
